Conditions on site:

The premises are located half a flight of stairs up from the sidewalk. Smaller entrance door.

Limited parking options along the street, parking lot about 50 m away.

PS Auction staff will be on site during the scheduled pick-up time. This is the only possible day/time for pick-up.

Things to consider:

Please consider your needs before your collection - bring any tools, lifting equipment/carrying aids, ladders, bags/boxes and a suitable vehicle for removal, etc. - to ensure that you can handle the items to be collected as smoothly as possible within the specified time. The items are as you have seen them in the pictures, so plan your collection accordingly.
If collection is via a shipping company/agent, it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping company/agent knows in advance what is to be collected through a copy of the invoice and the above conditions.
Shipping companies must bring their own shipping labels when picking up.
Please note that PS Auction cannot assist with packing, wrapping or loading.

All dismantling and removal is carried out by the purchasing customer and the purchasing customer is responsible for professional dismantling and securing of any electricity, water, plumbing, etc. Any claims for damages that arise due to incorrect dismantling will be directed against the purchasing customer.

Payment must be received by us no later than the day before delivery.

Payment must have been received by us before you can pick up the goods, so pay in time. 
Please bring a copy of the invoice to the pick up. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, loading, disassembly / packing of the item.

Regarding items in PS premises that have not been picked up on time PS have the right to charge 2500 SEK excl VAT / week per item

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.

Service fee

Service fee is the fee that PS collects from the bidder for the use of our bidding service

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
