NOTE! We only ship withing Sweden!
- You choose if you want shipping when you place your bid. The shipping cost is calculated automatically.
- If you forget to choose shipping, you can add it under "My auctions" in your account, but this must be done before the auction ends.
- For the fastest possible delivery, choose shipping directly when bidding.
- We will ship your item within 2-3 business days after shipping booking.
- An alternative delivery address is added to your account.
Shipping and delivery method
- We use Schenker Ombud (delivery not included) as standard.
- If necessary, other shipping options may be available.
- The package is sent to the agent that Schenker considers to be the standard agent for your address. You can find your agent here: Schenker agent search.
Important!
We cannot change the delivery address by phone or email. If you want an alternative address, update your account details before completing the purchase.
Notification and tracking
- Notification is via Packflow. If you do not receive a notification, check your spam folder and approve Packflow.
- You can always collect your package directly with the shipment ID via the tracking link.
Uncollected items
- If an item is not collected within the specified time, it will be sent to you, and the shipping cost will be charged.
- Unless otherwise agreed with the responsible administrator or shipping manager, this procedure applies.
Returns and uncollected packages
- Notification is via SMS (day 1 and 5) and letter (day 7).
- The package will be returned after 14 days if it is not collected.
- Uncollected packages will be charged with return shipping and new shipping, without exception.
