Projector 4K with lens – Barco Freya Architectural Edition and Barco B-LENS VHC HDR 4K projector lens
The Barco Freya Architectural Edition is an advanced native 4K RGB laser projector from Barco Residential’s Cinema at Home series , developed for high-end home cinemas and integrated cinema installations. The model is based on Barco’s Series 4 platform and combines the company’s Pulse platform with the integrated Barco Alchemy Integrated Cinema Media Processor (ICMP) .
The projector uses a native 4K DLP® chipset from Texas Instruments with a resolution of 4096 × 2160 pixels . The RGB laser light source combined with Barco Colorgenic™ technology reproduces more than 98.5% of the Rec. 2020 color space and delivers up to 7500 ANSI lumens .
The Architectural Edition offers the same projection performance as the standard Freya model but is designed for greater flexibility in architectural integration, allowing for vertical mounting and additional installation orientations.
The integrated Barco Alchemy ICMP combines image processing, media server, playback and content management in the projector. The system supports 4K 2D up to 60 fps , 4K 3D up to 30 fps , as well as HDMI 2.0 , HDCP 2.2 and HDR10 .
The item is sold complete with Barco B-LENS VHC HDR 4K original lens.
Projector and lens are brand new and unused . The projector is still delivered wrapped in plastic on an EU pallet and the lens is delivered unopened in the original box .

Freya is designed for installations with high demands on resolution, contrast, color reproduction and integration capabilities. The projector's modular design is designed to facilitate service and system integration.
The integrated Barco Alchemy ICMP supports playback and management of digital cinema content directly in the projector. Two HDMI 2.0/HDCP 2.2 inputs enable connection of UHD Blu-ray players, game consoles and other compatible image sources.
The projector is DCI compliant and can be used with compatible third-party equipment to display Digital Cinema Packages (DCP) .
The Architectural Edition differs from the standard version through expanded possibilities for physical integration and placement. According to Barco, the same projection performance as the corresponding Freya standard model is maintained.
