The handover for this auction will take place on Tuesday, November 4th between 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM.
The buyer is responsible for returning and picking up and dismantling the purchased items on the appointed day and time. All unglazed items that are dismantled that may have water, electricity or plumbing connected must be dismantled in a professional manner. Any damage from dismantling will be directed at the purchasing customer.
The location is a basement location with the possibility of parking or bringing in a trailer for easier withdrawals. Not all buyers will be able to stand outside the location so please be considerate of other buyers and businesses in the area.
