Remarks

There is no power in the premises so no machines have been tested. Everything was in use until the bankruptcy according to employees at the company. Some items may be tight to remove from the kitchen, doors may have to be hung off, a crowbar or similar brought to facilitate removal.

- The premises and all objects are on the ground floor. Parking is poor in the area with a loading zone outside on the street.

Things to consider: If you think it is necessary for your collection - bring any tools, lifting equipment/carrying aid, ladder, bags/boxes and a suitable vehicle for removal - in order to be able to handle what is to be collected. The objects are as you have seen them in the pictures, so plan your collection accordingly. All dismantling and removal is carried out by the purchasing customer and the purchasing customer is responsible for the correct dismantling of any electricity, water, plumbing. Any damage that occurs due to incorrect dismantling will be directed at the purchasing customer.

The objects are located on ground level (unless otherwise stated), and with loading facilities nearby.

Important info

Payment must have been received by us before you can pick up the goods, so pay in time. 
Invoice copy and proof of payment must be brought to the pick up. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, loading, disassembly / packing of the item.

Regarding items in PS premises that have not been picked up on time PS have the right to charge 2500 SEK excl VAT / week per item

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.


Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.


Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

Service fee

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
