• 2025-04-17 - Again alarms for printing errors
  Printing error goes there checks the printout and talks to them, it is a printing interlock error as well, goes back after lunch troubleshoots then finds that the supervisor values are out of range, tries a new one, same error mounts where the old one tried to calibrate doesn't get better, checks if Tomas still has values after validation, does a cold start on the supervisor card now ok, and that the interlock error disappears then too I run 3 processes ok. Customer is informed. There is still something wrong process P1 takes about 2 hours

• 2025-05-13 - Door problem
  After all other faults and service, the machine has a lot of flakes of lime that it drags around in the machine, such as in the inlet to the chamber, which causes it to stop. Clean, the errors that come are then in the pressure equalization, it does not come to the same value, then I have checked the pressure sensor and calibration ETC, and later I have got everything good, the customer has started running 6 processes, then they did not get the machine to finish, go there there are a lot of lime flakes in the nozzle in the chamber, it is difficult to get air into the chamber. But after that it was not possible to unlock the door, the knives are out, after troubleshooting it is found that the contact for the 9 volt battery has let go a little, press it firmly, then the knives go in but the door does not go down, order a new control unit when I get it, it is a new model, get info, use it, install it, It works 3 times down and up when I start it, the door does not lock then it does not go down again. Sending a service now case: CS0176854. The machine does not work. Problem solved, found a fuse FU05 that was loose, probably when I tried to lock the door the fuse blew, changed it after a minute when I was going to open it it blew again, changed the fan and new fuse now ok. Have tried with other transformers and other door motors no success. Was told that the new control unit draws a little more current. Then it has been a lot of work with it moving a lot of lime flakes down into the chamber. Checked the water to the steam generator was very bad. Cleaned 2 tanks. Service now CS0176854

• 2025-06-13 - Door problem
  Changed filter. test run.

• 2025-07-01 - Door problem
  The machine has gone into alarm in pressure equalization because the nozzle in the chamber has become blocked, disassemble, blow clean, and remove the flakes that have stuck, test run 2 processes ok. Measure the water quality, perfect value 1 micro siemens. The problem has been the water quality that has destroyed the steam generator. Have agreed with the customer and manager to take the machine out.
