Description

The property is located in the central town of Åsele. Across the street is Åsele Central School, a primary school for grades 1-9. Within 500 meters of the property there is a grocery store, pizzeria, system company, gas station, bus station, swimming pool and ice rink, and more.

The house consists of two floors and a basement. The heating is an air heat pump and a pellet boiler.

Outside, there is a spacious deck outside the front door and a handicap ramp has also been installed.

 

When you enter through the front door, you are greeted by a corridor where directly to the left are the stairs down to the basement, and beyond that the stairs to the upper floor. Then there is a hall where on the left you will find the living room, straight ahead is the kitchen and on the right is the toilet and a bedroom with a walk-in closet. From the kitchen you can go on to another room which can also be accessed via the living room.

 

The kitchen has a Samsung fridge/freezer, an Electrolux dishwasher, an Electrolux stove and some other kitchen appliances such as an ice maker, air fryer, microwave and toaster, etc. In addition, there are also some other kitchen utensils, see pictures.

 

A stair lift is installed in the stairs (handrail removed but still available, located upstairs). At the end of the stairs on the second floor you will find a short corridor and then a hall where a toilet with shower is straight ahead. To the left and to the right are large bedrooms each with insulated attics that have served as a dressing room, nursery and storage room.

 

In the basement you first come to a hall where a freezer is installed. To the left is the boiler room with pellet boiler and pellet container. Inside the boiler room is the "laundry room" and another room that probably served as a pellet storage room. Straight ahead in the hall is a sauna and bathtub, and to the right is a toilet, pantry and a hobby room.

 

Outside there is a garage with double doors and a storage room. The width of the doors is approximately 220cm/each, the total width of the garage (excluding the storage area) is approximately 550cm.

 

Condition

No major inspection of the property has been carried out. The exterior facade is in need of repainting. The interior surfaces are considered to have signs of wear. The condition of the water pipes has not been checked, but there is nothing to indicate that there would be any problem, the home has been constantly heated so there is no reason to worry about frost damage to the pipes. The condition of the chimney has not been checked. The property is considered to have potential, fully habitable as it is, with opportunities for improvements for those who wish to do so. White goods have not been function tested but show no signs of not working, except for the washing machine, which can probably be considered defective.
