Inside the boiler room is the "laundry room" and another room that probably served as a pellet storage room. Straight ahead in the hall is a sauna and bathtub, and to the right is a toilet, pantry and a hobby room.
Outside there is a garage with double doors and a storage room. The width of the doors is approximately 220cm/each, the total width of the garage (excluding the storage area) is approximately 550cm.
Condition
No major inspection of the property has been carried out. The exterior facade is in need of repainting. The interior surfaces are considered to have signs of wear. The condition of the water pipes has not been checked, but there is nothing to indicate that there would be any problem, the home has been constantly heated so there is no reason to worry about frost damage to the pipes. The condition of the chimney has not been checked. The property is considered to have potential, fully habitable as it is, with opportunities for improvements for those who wish to do so. White goods have not been function tested but show no signs of not working, except for the washing machine, which can probably be considered defective.
