The buyer is responsible for arranging for the delivery on the appointed day and time.

that is being dismantled that may have water, electricity or plumbing

connected must be dismantled in a professional manner.

Any damage from dismantling will be directed to

purchasing customer.

 

The premises are in a basement with stairs leading down into the premises. Parking is available outside (street parking) and in a parking garage nearby (100m).

 

Payment must be received before delivery can be made.

If this happens, pay in good time. The payment receipt from the bank and

Invoice details must be included at the time of delivery.

The buyer must arrange for collection at the appointed time,

loading, possibly dismantling / packaging of the object.

Regarding items not collected from PS premises, PS has the right to

charge up to 2500 SEK excluding VAT / week per object

Important info

Payment must have been received by us before you can pick up the goods, so pay in time.

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.

Service fee

Service fee is the fee that PS collects from the bidder for the use of our bidding service

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
