Electrolux air-o-steam AOS101EBH1 (product code 268012 ) is an electrically powered, professional combi oven at Level B level with capacity for 10 GN 1/1 canteens The model is a so-called Gourmet oven which is delivered with a guide rack with a distance of 80 mm between the folds

- air-o-flow: A patented fan system that blows in preheated air from the outside and distributes the heat completely evenly in the oven cavity.
- air-o-clean: Built-in automatic cleaning system with 4 preset programs.
- Fan speeds: Adjustable to full speed, half speed (for delicate pastries) and pulsating fan (HOLD) for keeping warm.
