Description:

Two Nordan Tanum pair of French doors, model FDG-2, one left-hung and one right-hung.
The doors are fully glazed, with bars and a handicap threshold.
These doors are damaged in transit, see attached pictures. There is damage to the frame, marks in the paint and some pressure damage to the wood.
The glass is intact and the doors are fully repairable for anyone who is handy or used to working with carpentry/assembly.

Comes with frames, fittings and handles (as in the pictures).

Viewing by appointment

Handover of objects
Collection can only take place after full payment has been registered in our system . Payment and booking of collection must be made within 7 days of the end of the auction , unless otherwise stated in the item description.

Booking of pickup is made via our IAM after registered payment.
More information about booking and contact details can be found on the invoice sent out after the auction.

When picking up, you need to be able to show a digital invoice.
If someone other than the buyer collects the item , a power of attorney and a copy of the buyer's identification are required.

Important info

Payment must have been received by us before you can pick up the goods, so pay in time. 
Invoice copy and proof of payment must be brought to the pick up. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, loading, disassembly / packing of the item.

Regarding items in PS premises that have not been picked up on time PS have the right to charge 2500 SEK excl VAT / week per item

Disposal

Disposal means that a client has goods that they wish to sell. For example, it may be a supply / storage that is needs to be emptied, or that the company has restructured and does not need office space / equipment / etc anymore. This differs from bankruptcy since it's a voluntary sale.

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.


Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know youā€™ll bid high but donā€™t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.


Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

Service fee

Service fee is the fee that PS collects from the bidder for the use of our bidding service

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
