The buyer dismantles it.
There is a truck on site to be able to tear it down, but a scissor lift is also needed if it is to be effective. A scissor lift is not on site.
It is only possible to unload from the loading dock from the back as it is not possible to drive the trucks outside, in which case you have to rent it because there is a ground gate from the side where you can get the beams out if you want.

NOTE: The pallet racking is partially dismantled.

All the beams are taken down like this, no scissor lift is needed, just the ends that need to be taken down.
You need a counterbalanced forklift outside the building to be able to load, this is something the buyer must arrange themselves.
The gables can be taken out via the ground gate as there is plenty of space outside.

Important info

Payment must have been received by us before you can pick up the goods, so pay in time.
Please bring a copy of the invoice to the pick up. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, loading, disassembly / packing of the item.

Regarding items in PS premises that have not been picked up on time PS have the right to charge 2500 SEK excl VAT / week per item
