Things to consider: If you think you need it for your collection - bring any tools, lifting equipment/carrying aids, ladder, bags/boxes and a suitable vehicle for removal - to be able to handle what is to be collected. The objects are as you have seen them in the pictures, so plan your collection accordingly. Professional dismantling is a must for things that may require more detailed handling.

Important information - READ THIS!

As there is limited space and exit routes from the restaurant area - the objects that are there will be assigned a time window ( either 10.00 > 11.30 or 11.30 > 13.30) . To make it easier for those of you who are going to pick up objects - both in terms of space/location inside the premises, but also in terms of limited parking options in the immediate vicinity. So please take this into account by respecting the times . Thank you

The entrance/exit to the restaurant area is via a double-sided staircase (approx. 7 steps). Therefore, please bring competent carrying assistance, or suitable lifting equipment to be able to handle what needs to be picked up. The dimensions of the door frame for entry/exit are with a width of 81 cm and a height of approx. 180 cm.

Please also note! The property is K-marked - this must be taken into account when dismantling and excavating .

Important info

Payment must have been received by us before you can pick up the goods, so pay in time. 
Invoice copy and proof of payment must be brought to the pick up. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, loading, disassembly / packing of the item.

Regarding items in PS premises that have not been picked up on time PS have the right to charge 2500 SEK excl VAT / week per item

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.


Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.


Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
