Booking a pickup

• Bookings are made via email with the responsible administrator after the auction has ended .
• Before contacting the case manager , make sure that:
  • The invoice is paid.
  • You have received payment confirmation.
  • The payment has been registered in our system.

Important to consider

• Collection can only take place when full payment is registered .
• Payment must be made as soon as possible, no later than 7 days after the end of the auction.
• The address for the delivery location will be provided by the administrator after the auction has ended.
• Buyer is responsible for unpacking the machine and lifting it onto the selected transport.

Upon pickup, the following must be presented:
