The properties are located on the 2nd floor without an elevator.

Things to consider:

Examine the needs before your collection - bring any tools, lifting equipment/carrying aids, ladder, bags/boxes and a suitable vehicle for removal, etc. - in order to be able to handle what is to be collected as smoothly as possible within the specified time. The objects are as you have seen them in the pictures, so plan your collection accordingly. If collection is via a shipping company/agent, it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping company/agent knows in advance what is to be collected through a copy of the invoice and the above conditions. Shipping companies must bring their own waybills with them when collecting. Please note that PS Auction cannot assist with packing, wrapping or loading.

All dismantling and removal is carried out by the purchasing customer and the purchasing customer is responsible for professional dismantling and securing of any electricity, water, plumbing, etc. Any claims for damages that arise due to incorrect dismantling will be directed against the purchasing customer.

Payment must be received by us no later than the day before delivery.

Important info

Payment must have been received by us before you can pick up the goods, so pay in time. 
Invoice copy and proof of payment must be brought to the pick up. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, loading, disassembly / packing of the item.

Regarding items in PS premises that have not been picked up on time PS have the right to charge 2500 SEK excl VAT / week per item

Disposal

Disposal means that a client has goods that they wish to sell. For example, it may be a supply / storage that is needs to be emptied, or that the company has restructured and does not need office space / equipment / etc anymore. This differs from bankruptcy since it's a voluntary sale.

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.


Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.


Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

Service fee

Service fee is the fee that PS collects from the bidder for the use of our bidding service

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
