Info Shipping Exhibition Pick up Auction type

Now we have a new type of shed that can be used as an orangery to grow tomato plants and geraniums in.
It is also suitable as a pool house.
The shed is 2.5 meters deep and 4.0 meters wide. The interior height is 203 cm and the total height is approximately 2.3 meters.
It is manufactured in blocks and can be easily transported on a sturdy trailer. We can also help with transport.
The frame is made of 45X70 joists with horizontal 22 mm facade panel. Roof ridges of 45 X 195 joists with a slope of about three degrees. A double door (barn door) 125X185 cm in the middle and a fixed window 50X140 cm (glass pane) on both sides of the door.
Knotted boards, siding, lining and wind boards are included in rough-cut lengths. Flooring is not included.
Please note that it is delivered unpainted as a block kit. So not fully assembled.

The following is included:
4 pre-nailed wall blocks
7 roof ridges, two of which have panels nailed on (gable ends)
Knotted boards, wind boards, siding boards and lining boards
1 garden shed door 80X185 cm with hinges
8 glass plates

Flooring not included.
Please note that these are newly manufactured sheds that can be picked up no earlier than three weeks after the auction ends.
The sheds are always delivered unpainted, but a primed facade can be ordered if desired.

All bids are binding and the service fee is charged on all items. Any deviations from equivalent second-hand goods are described under the section Remarks in the description of the Item and thus PS is not responsible for the deviation.
The item is NOT TESTED by the auction firm unless otherwise specified in the object description. The object description is done with the best of our knowledge but not binding in detail.

Disposal

Disposal means that a client has goods that they wish to sell. For example, it may be a supply / storage that is needs to be emptied, or that the company has restructured and does not need office space / equipment / etc anymore. This differs from bankruptcy since it's a voluntary sale.

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.


Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.


Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

Service fee

Service fee is the fee that PS collects from the bidder for the use of our bidding service

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
