Delivery in bankruptcy premises

Conditions on site : All vehicles and auction items are in a larger warehouse as shown in the pictures. The buyer is responsible for bringing any tools and starting aid for the vehicles, buses. There will be a wheel loader that can help move the vehicles out of the premises. When the vehicle is outside the warehouse, it is the buyer's responsibility to check the batteries and fuel in the vehicles. There is nothing to borrow in the premises.
Other info: It will be crowded and there are two gates for withdrawal. During the handover, we encourage everyone to cooperate and be helpful to other buyers in the premises so everyone can get their vehicles out safely and securely.
PS Staff will be on site during the delivery time that is set. This is the only possible day/time for delivery.
Things to consider: If you think it is necessary for your collection - bring any tools, lifting equipment/carrying aid, ladder, bags/boxes and a suitable vehicle for removal - in order to be able to handle what is to be collected. The objects are as you have seen them in the pictures, so plan your collection accordingly.
If the buyer does not pick up themselves, the buyer must ensure that the shipping company/agent knows in advance what is to be picked up.
The shipping company must have the item number and its own shipping labels with it when picking up.
Please note that we cannot assist with packing, packaging or loading.
All dismantling and removal is done by the purchasing customer and the purchasing customer is responsible for the correct dismantling of any electricity, water, plumbing. Any damage that occurs due to incorrect dismantling will be directed at the purchasing customer.
Payment must be received by us no later than the day before delivery.

Important info
Payment must have been received by us before you can pick up the goods, so pay in time.
Please bring a copy of the invoice to the pick up. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, loading, disassembly / packing of the item.
Regarding items in PS premises that have not been picked up on time PS have the right to charge 2500 SEK excl VAT / week per item
