Info Shipping Exhibition Pick up Auction type

The shed is 3.1 meters deep and 8.0 meters long. The interior height is 213 cm and the total height to the ridge is 2.7 meters.
It is manufactured in blocks and can be easily transported on a sturdy trailer. We can also help with transport.
The frame is made of 45X70 joists with horizontal 22 mm facade panel. Roof trusses of 45X95 joists so it is stable enough to put bricks on if you want. A regular shed door 80X200 cm and a fixed window 80X80 cm (glass pane) on the left side and a double door (barn door) 125X200 cm on the right side.
Knotted boards, siding and lining, wind boards and joint boards are included in rough-cut lengths. Flooring is not included.
Please note that it is delivered as a kit in blocks. That is, not fully assembled.
Roofing is not included, such as raw sheeting, cardboard, etc.
The sheds are always delivered unpainted, but a primed facade can be ordered if desired.

Disposal

Disposal means that a client has goods that they wish to sell. For example, it may be a supply / storage that is needs to be emptied, or that the company has restructured and does not need office space / equipment / etc anymore. This differs from bankruptcy since it's a voluntary sale.

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.


Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.


Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

Service fee

Service fee is the fee that PS collects from the bidder for the use of our bidding service

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
