Here you have the chance to acquire a cozy log cabin that is being sold for quick move-in.

It has a "living room" and a small "kitchenette".

The windows are 2 glass windows.

The owners will remove electricity before pickup.

The cottage has a timber frame, with a clad interior.

Most likely, both walls and roof are insulated, so it is also suitable for winter use, however, we have not been able to confirm this and therefore cannot guarantee it.

The roof is covered with brick/concrete. We have sold cottages like this before and the brick has been left in place, but it is up to the buyer and the carrier to decide.

The interior floor dimensions of the cabin are approximately 3.58 meters x 4.00 meters. 14-15 square meters. Floor to pitched ceiling max 2.63 cm x min 1.79 meters.

The exterior dimensions of the cottage are:

Front door/back window. 4.35 meters + roof projection 50 cm.

Long sides without windows. 4.80 meters

Height up to the roof ridge is 3.70 meters.

NOTE: These measurements are approximate only.

The cottage stands on stone plinths. But it may also happen that you have to dig a little. Especially on one long side and the front. (see pictures)

NOTE: The cottage will be moved between 11/9 and 30/9. We would like to see the cottage moved as soon as possible as ground work will be carried out in this area.

If you cannot meet this timeframe, you should not bid on the item.

If the cottage is not gone by the appointed time, the buyer will lose both the cottage and the money.

Remarks

The cottage is being sold almost empty. All furniture, lamps, kitchen utensils/fridge/microwave, some lighting, cleaning equipment, electrical cabinet outside and lock cylinder will NOT be included in the purchase.

The cabin has some damage. Especially the bottom layer of timber. But also dry cracks and rotten areas, etc. See pictures

NOTE: It is the buyer's responsibility to handle all preparations, lifting and transportation.

Payment must have been received by us before you can pick up the goods, so pay in time.
Please bring a copy of the invoice to the pick up. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, loading, disassembly / packing of the item.

Regarding items in PS premises that have not been picked up on time PS have the right to charge 2500 SEK excl VAT / week per item
