We now have a newly manufactured leftover copy of this double garage that we are releasing at a reduced reservation price.
Frame for a double garage of approximately 60 square meters with dimensions of 7.6 x 8.2 meters. The garage is constructed with a ridge beam and ridges, which allows you to open up at the ridge. This makes it possible to build a storage loft if you want.
The house is delivered without panels nailed on (not included), which means that the customer can decide for themselves what type of panel they want and whether it should be horizontal or vertical. It is also possible to choose to plaster the house if they wish.
The following is included:
Wall blocks
End caps
Ridge beam (glulam)
Roof ridges
Building document (plan and facade)

The construction of the wall from the outside in:
22x45 ventilation batten
Windscreen
Standing frame joist 45X120

Windows and doors are not included.

The frame can be picked up no earlier than 3 weeks after the auction ends.

Important info

Payment must have been received by us before you can pick up the goods, so pay in time.

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.


Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.


Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

Service fee

Service fee is the fee that PS collects from the bidder for the use of our bidding service

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
