Kostar 24 is a modern and well-planned detached house with a total living area of 24 m² and external dimensions of 6.6 x 3.74 meters. The house is designed to function as a complete, independent residence despite its compact size and is well suited for both private and commercial use.

The layout is functional and space-efficient with a clear division between social and private areas. The living room is integrated with the kitchen in an open plan, creating a bright and airy feeling. Large windows provide plenty of natural light and contribute to a pleasant indoor climate.

The bedroom is separate and offers space for a bed and storage. The bathroom is compact but complete, equipped with a toilet and shower. The house is designed for year-round use depending on the chosen specification and installation.

The house is sold turnkey and comes complete with kitchen, bathroom and all furniture, ready for immediate use.

The construction is well insulated with 15 cm of insulation around the entire house, supplemented with additional boards corresponding to approximately 7 cm of insulation in the walls and approximately 20 cm of insulation in the floor and ceiling. Furthermore, the house is equipped with 3 glass windows, which contributes to good energy efficiency, improved indoor climate and lower energy consumption.

Disposal

Disposal means that a client has goods that they wish to sell. For example, it may be a supply / storage that is needs to be emptied, or that the company has restructured and does not need office space / equipment / etc anymore. This differs from bankruptcy since it's a voluntary sale.

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.


Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.


Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

Service fee

Service fee is the fee that PS collects from the bidder for the use of our bidding service

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
