In order for delivery to take place, the buyer must, after the auction has ended, provide information about the certified company that will carry out the installation. The name and certification number of the installer must be provided after the auction has ended.

The package includes a service ticket (linked to the product's serial number) that entitles the installer to technical support via Energy Save!

AWH has an indoor unit that contains the control, heat exchanger and water pump. The unit is tankless and adapted for use with an existing heating system. The heat pump is designed for a Nordic climate and has an elegant design that fits into a modern home. All connections are easily accessible at the top of the unit.

The split system means that the heat exchange to the house's heating system takes place indoors and only the refrigerant circulates outdoors as the connection between the indoor and outdoor units is made with refrigerant pipes. It is an efficient and reliable solution for our cold climate. With the automatic and self-learning defrost function, in combination with the nano-coated evaporator, defrosting time is reduced to a minimum, which increases efficiency.

The heat pump can be controlled locally or remotely via smartphone or computer. With the new user-friendly touch display, you can easily make all the necessary settings for efficient, problem-free operation and see the current status. Even when you are not at home, you have full control over your heating system via your smartphone or computer. The easiest way to connect to the internet is via cable.

Disposal

Disposal means that a client has goods that they wish to sell. For example, it may be a supply / storage that is needs to be emptied, or that the company has restructured and does not need office space / equipment / etc anymore. This differs from bankruptcy since it's a voluntary sale.

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.


Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.


Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

Service fee is the fee that PS collects from the bidder for the use of our bidding service

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
