Purchased items can only be picked up after full payment has been registered in our system and the lease has been terminated . Payment must be made as soon as possible within 7 days of the end of the auction.

When the payment is completed and visible to us, you will contact the responsible administrator by email.

When picking up, you will need:

Digital invoice (present upon delivery)
If an agent collects the item: power of attorney and copy of the buyer's ID/driver's license
That you have received payment confirmation so we can see that payment has been made.
