Remarks

The buyer is responsible for all work and costs required to dismantle, lift out and transport the object. This includes opening the building's outer wall, any dismantling of the object, transport and complete restoration of the building to its original condition.

All costs and any risks associated with removal and restoration are the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer and the auctioneer will agree on a time for delivery, post-processing and removal.

Conditions on site : The buyer is responsible for the purchased items. The buyer must handle their purchased items on the appointed day and time.

Other info: PS Staff will be on site during the delivery time that is set. This is the only possible day/time for delivery.

Things to consider: If you think it is necessary for your collection - bring any tools and a suitable vehicle for removal - in order to be able to handle what is to be collected.
If the buyer does not pick up themselves, the buyer must ensure that the shipping company/agent knows in advance what is to be picked up.
The shipping company must have the item number and its own shipping labels with it when picking up.
Please note that we cannot assist with packing, packaging or loading.

Payment must be received by us no later than the day before delivery.
