The items are sold as is. We don't offer any guarantees of function, origin, quality or genuineness unless this is specifically written in the auction description. In order for you to feel safe it is important that you carefully inspect the object you want to place a bid on. You can do this during the exhibition. All bids are binding and to pay and finish you purchase as soon as we have accepted your bid. If you have the top bid, and we have accepted it, you will receive an invoice to the email you entered when registering at our site.
The Swedish Enforcement Authority has the right to cancel the sale on short notice, meaning that if the debt has been payed after part of the property has been sold, the rest will be cancelled. We will inform if this is the case.
Full payment must be made directly to PS Onlineauctions after the auction has ended.

PLEASE NOTE! Look closely at the items! PS Onlineauction makes no full test of the forced sale property, the description on the internet is just general. The buyer while visiting the exhibition must self ascertain the item's condition and check the description. The items can not be approved on delivery, but the buyer is bound by its winning bid, regardless of condition. It is not possible to make a complaint regarding these items.

Please note that this is the only time and date that it is possible to collect the object! Please check that you can be here this time and date before placing any bids.
If the object isn't picked up the purchase will be cancelled and the purchase fee will charged.
Invoice copy and proof of payment must be included in the delivery. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, loading, disassembly / packing of the item.

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.


Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.


Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

Service fee

Service fee is the fee that PS collects from the bidder for the use of our bidding service

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
