All bids are binding and the service fee is charged on all items. Any deviations from equivalent second-hand goods are described under the section Remarks in the description of the Item and thus PS is not responsible for the deviation.
The item is NOT TESTED by the auction firm unless otherwise specified in the object description. The object description is done with the best of our knowledge but not binding in detail.

To book a pallet delivery, please contact our manager. Below are some price examples for delivery to Stockholm, Malmö, Sundsvall, Kiruna and Gothenburg. If you live near one of our examples, the shipping cost will be similar. Please note that these prices include 25% VAT and are only indicative - for the exact price and booking time, you always need to contact the manager.

Important: The prices below are per pallet. Larger or bulky goods may take up more pallets, which will affect the total shipping cost. Please check the picture and dimensions and be sure to contact the manager for an accurate price quote.

Price example for pallet goods to Stockholm (incl. VAT):

  • Full pallet: 1,800 SEK
  • Half pallet: 1,400 SEK

Price example for pallet goods to Malmö (incl. VAT):

  • Full pallet: 1,150 SEK
  • Half pallet: 900 SEK

Price example for pallet goods to Sundsvall (incl. VAT):

  • Full pallet: 1,900 SEK
  • Half pallet: 1,400 SEK

Price example for pallet goods to Kiruna (incl. VAT):

  • Full pallet: 3,700 SEK
  • Half pallet: 2,800 SEK

Price example for pallet goods to Gothenburg (incl. VAT):

Prices apply only to pallet goods.
These prices refer to transport from warehouse to the specified delivery address and include handling and basic delivery security. For special services (e.g. express delivery or extra packaging) and deliveries to other locations, please contact the administrator for a quote.

Personal shipping labels

If you wish to use your own shipping labels, that is fine. In these cases, the cost for packaging and handling will be charged as follows:

  • Minimum charge: 15 minutes per item, up to 4 items
  • Remaining items: Included, even if the total handling time exceeds 1 hour
  • Hourly cost: SEK 895 per hour, excluding VAT

Pick-up takes place at Väla in Helsingborg.

Items can be picked up Monday–Friday from 11:00 AM–2:00 PM and must be picked up within three weeks of the end of the auction. If the item is not picked up within this time, a storage fee will be charged according to the terms and conditions below. The rules apply to all customers and are applied to ensure fair and efficient inventory management.

No loading assistance is available on site (neither hand loading nor forklift). Please bring your own loading assistance, equipment and packaging for packing.

Shipping

Shipping can be purchased separately in some cases. Read more under the Shipping tab to see if this is possible for the item.

If the item is not picked up on time

Depending on the situation and conditions, the following measures can be taken:

  • Storage costs are charged until the item is picked up.
    • Smaller items that fit on a shelf: SEK 20 per day .
    • Larger objects on pallets: SEK 100 per pallet space and day .
    • Example: An item that occupies 10 pallet spaces incurs a storage cost of SEK 1,000 per day .
    • The storage cost is paid via Swish upon delivery or against invoice.
  • The object can be sent to the buyer for a fee. Shipping, packaging and handling are at the buyer's expense. In connection with this, an administrative fee of 100 SEK excluding VAT will be added.
  • If the item is not collected and the storage cost amounts to the value of the item, or no later than 14 days from the date the storage cost was charged (whichever occurs first), we reserve the right to resell the item. In such a case, the buyer loses all rights to the item and any right to a refund.

Important info

Payment must have been received by us before you can pick up the goods, so pay in time. 
Please bring a copy of the invoice to the pick up. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, loading, disassembly / packing of the item.

Regarding items in PS premises that have not been picked up on time PS have the right to charge 2500 SEK excl VAT / week per item

Surplus

Some companies have a surplus on goods, such as hand tools, that they need help selling. PS Auction then acts as an additional sales channel for that client.
The auctions are often characterized by large volumes, low reserves and free shipping.
This differs from bankruptcy sales as it is a voluntary sale.

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.


Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.


Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

Service fee

Service fee is the fee that PS collects from the bidder for the use of our bidding service

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
