Right of withdrawal

Live hedge plants are not covered by the right of withdrawal as they can deteriorate quickly. The plants are dug up and packaged separately for delivery and therefore cannot be returned for sale in the same condition.

Important information about shipping and payment
The product is delivered directly from the seller to the address registered in your account. Shipping is included in the price!

Payment
Payment must be registered no later than September 15. This is a prerequisite for us to be able to plan and book the transport.
Payments received after this date will be cancelled. Please note that the service fee is non-refundable.

Delivery and address
The correct delivery address must be registered by September 15th.
After this date, the delivery address cannot be changed.

Delivery period
Estimated delivery is between September 28th - October 2nd.
Please note that delivery dates may be adjusted due to unforeseen events.
You will be contacted by the freight forwarder before delivery.

Shipping area & restrictions
Delivery is offered within zip code areas from 10x xx up to 81x xx.
Delivery cannot be made to Gotland (postal code 62x xx) or to areas north of postal code 81x xx.

Delivery process
The transport is planned by the freight forwarder after the auction has ended, which means that the exact delivery date cannot be guaranteed in advance.

Drop-off
Delivery takes place to the property boundary, provided that the truck can reach the address.

Important info

All bids are binding and the service fee is charged on all items. Any deviations from equivalent second-hand goods are described under the section Remarks in the description of the Item and thus PS is not responsible for the deviation.
The item is NOT TESTED by the auction firm unless otherwise specified in the object description. The object description is done with the best of our knowledge but not binding in detail.
PLEASE NOTE! Any pallet and pallet accessories seen in the picture are not included unless otherwise stated in the description.

Shipping included within Sweden. NO SHIPPING outside Sweden! The item is sent to your registered the address at PS. If you need it sent somewhere else please contact the manager.

The items are shipped directly from the supplier. You will be contacted by the shipping carrier prior to delivery.

Please note that delivery dates are preliminary and may be adjusted due to external circumstances.

Shipping is only possible to postal code areas from 10x xx up to and including 81x xx, with the exception of 62x xx (Gotland).

Shipping is therefore not possible to Gotland or to areas north of postal code 81x xx.

 

Important info

Payment must have been received by us before you can pick up the goods, so pay in time. 
Please bring a copy of the invoice to the pick up. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, loading, disassembly / packing of the item.

Regarding items in PS premises that have not been picked up on time PS have the right to charge 2500 SEK excl VAT / week per item

Disposal

Disposal means that a client has goods that they wish to sell. For example, it may be a supply / storage that is needs to be emptied, or that the company has restructured and does not need office space / equipment / etc anymore. This differs from bankruptcy since it's a voluntary sale.

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.


Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.


Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

Service fee

Service fee is the fee that PS collects from the bidder for the use of our bidding service

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
