Other information
All walls and ceilings are insulated with 100 mm PIR panels. The insulation has a specified temperature resistance from -50 °C to +300 °C and a thermal conductivity of 0.018 W/m·K. Together with electric underfloor heating, the residential unit is insulated and equipped for use in the Swedish winter climate.
The panels are electrostatically surface-treated and are said to have antibacterial and dust-repellent properties.
The electrical panel is equipped with four fuses for the main power supply, water heater, air conditioning, wall sockets and lighting.
After conversion, the container will be inspected and recertified by an independent authorized maritime inspection company. According to the information provided, it continues to meet current CSC safety requirements and is approved for maritime transport.
Note: The unit has not been used but may need to be cleaned inside before moving in (there may be stains from shoes etc. on the floor)
Some surface wear may be present on the exterior as the unit is outdoors.
