Located in a rural environment next to a road at a crossroads with proximity to forests and agricultural buildings. Distance to Nysäter about 7km and Säffle about 15km.

The property has been uninhabited for a long time and has been seriously neglected.

Interior in generally poor condition with moisture/rot damage. The property can be considered a complete renovation project.

Unknown condition of water, sewer and electricity.

The property is being sold through an online auction on behalf of the bankruptcy estate.

The property is offered for sale in its current condition. Interested parties are encouraged to independently examine the property and review available documentation before bidding.

There are some old fixtures left in the property from the previous owner, it is up to the buyer to remove these.

The buyer is responsible for title deeds, handling fees and other costs that are the buyer's responsibility according to the terms of sale.

After the auction has ended, the highest bid must be approved by the bankruptcy trustee.

Three ways to bid

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
