According to the drawing, there are three bedrooms, a hall, a bathroom and a large cabin with a small kitchen area, but there are no load-bearing walls, so the floor plan can be changed as you wish. However, keep in mind that the glulam beam needs a post somewhere near the middle for support. The outside dimensions of the house are 7.6 X 8.4 meters (about 60 square meters).
Note that this frame has a double window in the middle bedroom (only a single one in the drawing).
The house is delivered without a panel nailed on (not included), which means that the customer can decide for himself which type of panel he wants and whether it should be horizontal or vertical. It is also fine to choose to clean the house if you wish.
The following are included:
Wall blocks
Gable tips
Ridge beam (glulam)
Roof ridges
Construction document (plan and facade)
The construction of the wall from the outside in:
22x45 ventilation battens
Windscreen
Standing frame rule 45X120
Windows and doors are not included.
All packed in a package covered with lightweight press.
The frame can be picked up no earlier than 3 weeks after the end of the auction.
The pictures show an almost finished house.
Plan drawing & facade drawing can be found in attached documents.
