DEVIreg Basic floor thermostat Renvit is a smart programmable thermostat for electric floor heating, developed for fixed installation and easy temperature control. It is adapted for floor sensors and uses PWM regulation for smooth and energy-efficient heating control. With support for Eco design Lot 20, it meets modern energy efficiency requirements and helps reduce heating costs through smart functionality.

The thermostat has a clear rotary control for manual temperature setting and can also be configured via Bluetooth with an app-based installation guide. The built-in weekly programming with 7 days and 3 time periods makes it easy to adapt the heating to your everyday needs. The optimal start function ensures that the right temperature is reached at the right time.

The two-piece design means the thermostat fits into several 55 x 55 mm frame systems, providing flexibility in installation. With an IP21 rating and compact size, it is a practical choice for indoor environments.

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.

Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.

Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

Service fee

Service fee is the fee that PS collects from the bidder for the use of our bidding service

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
