Insulated overhead sectional door with motor and remote control that opens vertically and runs under the roof. The design frees up space both in front of and inside the garage and minimizes the risk of the door being blocked by snow or plow banks.
42 mm insulated door panel
The door leaf is insulated with 42 mm PU foam, which provides:

The sealing system consists of:
Weatherproof side seals
Top seal
Sealed bottom profile in PVC
This protects against cold, rain, snow and drafts.
Motor with safety features
The gate is supplied with a motor and two remote controls.

Soft start and soft stop
Integrated photocell automatically stops the door if obstacles are detected during closing, reducing the risk of crushing and personal injury.

Important measurements before installation
For proper installation, the following spaces are required:
Height: approx. 200 mm (check exact dimensions in manual)
Rear space: at least 250 mm more than the height of the door
Side space: at least 80 mm per side
Check that there are no obstacles within these installation zones.

Since this item is not shipped outside Sweden foreign customers needs to pick it up within 10 days after recieving the invoice else we will debit a storage fee for each day after the 10 day period.

Appointments must be made no later than 3 days after the end of the auction.

Collection must have taken place no later than 14 days after the end of the auction, otherwise you will be charged for a warehouse rent for non-collection.

Payment must have been received by us before you can pick up the goods, so pay in time.
Please bring a copy of the invoice to the pick up. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, loading, disassembly / packing of the item.

Regarding items in PS premises that have not been picked up on time PS have the right to charge 2500 SEK excl VAT / week per item
