Train with Powerplate. It provides effective activation, faster exercise and can be used as a tool for rehabilitation. The research done has shown that vibrations activate the muscles on a deeper level, and you use about 50 percent more muscle mass if you exercise on a Power Plate. This means that 30 minutes of training on the Power Plate correspond to a 60-minute walk. Or the gymnasium is significantly reduced if you insert the vibration plate.
You can do very simple exercises and yet access and exercise a lot of muscle mass. It is because of the high number of contractions the muscles do when the machine vibrates. If you have limited mobility, you can sit and only have your feet on the plate and still get muscle training.
