Invoice copy and proof of payment must be brought to the pick up. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, loading, disassembly / packing of the item.

Regarding items in PS premises that have not been picked up on time PS have the right to charge 2500 SEK excl VAT / week per item

Surplus

Some companies have a surplus on goods, such as hand tools, that they need help selling. PS then acts as an additional sales channel for that client.
The auctions are often characterized by large volumes, low reserves and free shipping.
This differs from bankruptcy sales as it is a voluntary sale.

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.

Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.

Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

Service fee is the fee that PS collects from the bidder for the use of our bidding service

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.

I won the item. How do I pay?

Follow the instructions in the email with the invoice. The email with the invoice will come at a later time than your winning email. You either pay by Swish or by bank transfer.

I have won the item but have not received an invoice. What do I do now?

Check your spam or log in and check your account in the upper right corner under "my invoices". If you still do not find your invoices, please contact Customer Service via info@ps.se

Once I have paid for the item, how long does it take before I receive my item?

This is due to several factors. First you need to pay for the item. After that, it ends up in our order queue. These are picked as soon as possible after payment has been received. Normally within 1-3 days. Then the shipping takes between 1-5 days depending on where in the country you live in relation to where the item is sent from. This applies to items that are "free shipping" and "only shipping". If the item is "shipping possible", you need to contact the shipping department.

Did I win the auction?

If you placed the highest bid and the item reached the reserve price, you have won the auction. In these cases, you will receive a winner email. You can see your won auctions if you log in at the top right corner.

In what condition is the item?

The product is in perfect condition with no remark on function unless the opposite is described in the item description. Traces of easier use occur in the form of broken original packaging as well as dust and fingerprints on the product. Minor scratches that are difficult to detect in normal light may also occur.

What guarantees do I have when buying from you?

As we cannot provide a reseller receipt, it can be difficult to use the manufacturer's warranty on the product. On the other hand, we follow Swedish consumer legislation which means that you as a customer have the right to complain about the product if it turns out that it is defective upon receipt. In the event of an approved complaint, we take the product back (free return) and refund the money when the item has returned to our warehouse.

I want more pictures to see what the product looks like

Unfortunately, we do not have the resources and possibility to take additional pictures of individual products. The object is in perfect condition unless the object description says otherwise.

Have you tested the function of the product?

The product is function tested. We have function-tested some products ourselves, but most products are professionally reviewed by our submitters at their service workshops before sale.

When is my item delivered?

I live near the place of the item. Can I pick it up?

It appears in the item whether it is "free shipping", "only shipping", "shipping possible" or "pick-up only". These determine what is possible. If the item is marked as "free shipping" or "only shipping", it is not possible to pick it up even if you live close by. Below you can see what applies to the current item:

Notification that the item is in progress will arrive as soon as the goods are packed at PS. This normally takes place within 1-3 days from the time payment has been received by PS.

Unfortunately, it happens in rare cases that goods disappear from the shipping company.
