Since the bidder is obliged to inspect the item prior to the auction it is strongly recommended that the bidder attends the viewing day(s). PS is not responsible for the Customer neglecting its obligation of inspection.

PS does not answer any questions regarding the condition of the item for sale. Also we do not disclose the reserve price.

If you see any errors in the lot description or are in doubt about the content of the item, you must contact PS immediately and before auction closing time. If you tell us after then we are unable to take corective measures.

Important info

Invoice copy and proof of payment must be presented before you start collecting. In case a third party rigger/shipper is appointed to collect for you, they must have copies of the same documents with them. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, any disassembly / packing of the item and adhere to all required safety regulations and instructions by the auction staff or the seller.

The buyer must bring tools for dismantling and removing, packaging and sufficient number of helpers if required. You cannot expect to get help from the auction company or the seller to provide this service for you.

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.


Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.


Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

Service fee

Service fee is the fee that PS collects from the bidder for the use of our bidding service

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
