Granule Combi is designed for installation with bench systems, either along a wall or in a corner. Benches in combination with the reviewing principle provide an efficient workplace that separates clean and dirty dishes in a natural way - a welcome feature that ensures good hygiene and reduces the risk of cross contamination in the counter area.

The automatic hood relieves the staff, leaving a heavy and repetitive workout. When the disc cycle is complete, the hood automatically lifts and closes when selecting disc programs.

The GRANULDISK groove dishwasher operating system logs all important HACCP information from the last 200 disk cycles. The logs contain important information such as disk and rinse temperatures, program lengths and possible interruptions or delays, and make it easy to get an overview of your critical hygienic checkpoints - HACCP.
You can choose to display the data directly in the control panel display or transfer the logs to a USB memory via the built-in USB port. The information can then easily be imported into a computer program for further processing, and included, for example, in your HACCP report.
