Asscon Quicky 800 Steam Solder.
Run with Galden 240 fluid for lead-free soldering of legal cards
Soldering machine as with the heat together with a liquid vaporized at 240 degrees solves circuit boards in a controlled manner.
The card is manually loaded on a grid that is then inserted into the machine.
The grid goes down to the bottom of the machine and stops 1dm above the steam fluid located at the bottom of the machine
The space is heated before soldering begins to 250 degrees and when the card goes down to the bottom, the card makes the temperature in the space lower and steam is pressed down the bottom.
As long as the card is cooler than 240 degrees, steam can not be "passed" the card.
When the card reaches 240 degrees after x number of minutes depending on the size of the card, the steam passes the card and a vapor sensor located in the top of the soldering chamber senses the steam and then the card rises smoothly.
The machine is designed for smaller series / prototypes.
The advantage of the versus a common hot air or nitrogen oven is to know with certainty that you do not cold or drive the card too hot.
With this machine you can only put the card and dissolve it in a regular oven, so you need to make soldering profiles for each new card to be soldered.
