Here you have the chance to acquire a cozy log cabin sold for relocation.

It has a small narrow hall, "family room" and a small kitchenette.

The windows are 2 glass windows.

Electricity will be the owners to be removed before collection.

The cottage has a timber frame, with clad interior.

Most probably both walls and ceilings are insulated, so it is suitable for winter use, but we have not been able to confirm this and can not guarantee it.

The roof is covered with brick / concrete, so this is recommended to be removed before moving due to the weight.

The floor interior of the cottage is about 5.00 meters x 4.50 meters.

The outer dimensions of the cottage at the edge of the roof are approximately 5.10 mx 6.45 m.

The height up to the ceiling is 3.90 meters.

Note: These measurements are only about measurements.

The cottage is on stone cliffs. But it may also happen that you have to dig a little. (see pictures)

The cottage is sold almost empty. Only fixed items are included.

The cottage has some damage. Especially the bottom timber warehouse. But also dry crackers, etc.

NOTE: The cottage will be moved away during the period from 17/9 to 19/10.

Important info

Payment must have been received by us before you can pick up the goods, so pay in time.
Invoice copy and proof of payment must be brought to the pick up. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, loading, disassembly / packing of the item.

Regarding items in PS premises that have not been picked up on time PS have the right to charge 2500 SEK excl VAT / week per item
