The hall has only been used and been erected on this building and is in very good condition. Purchased October 2017.

The hall is anchored in the ground which is a gravel plane. No visible holes or tears in canvas. Flame retardant, coated plastic coated polyester fabric

The buyer is responsible for the dismantling and removal of the hall. Everything must be done according to current rules.

Before dismantling this object, the hall should be emptied. The buyer of this item will be informed of how future extradition will take place.

The buyer is responsible for arranging their items on the day and time that are set.

The buyer is responsible for any disassembly and removal of objects. The crane for dismantling the tent hall stands for the buyer.

Note that shelf systems sold contain mixed items. Buyers of objects on shelves are expected to arrive as early as possible to empty their objects from the shelves before dismantling shelves begins. This only to ensure that everyone gets the right item and content.

Disassembly of the hall can only be done after the contents of the hall have been emptied.

Important info

Payment must have been received by us before you can pick up the goods, so pay in time. 
Invoice copy and proof of payment must be brought to the pick up. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, loading, disassembly / packing of the item.

Regarding items in PS premises that have not been picked up on time PS have the right to charge 2500 SEK excl VAT / week per item

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.


Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.


Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

Service fee

Service fee is the fee that PS collects from the bidder for the use of our bidding service

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
