Info Shipping Exhibition Pick up Auction type

Large greenhouse of approximately 280 square meters which has been used in the business as a greenhouse with heating until August of 2019.

Here the frame / frame is sold to a greenhouse, storage room or the like.

Here is the chance to use the whole or maybe divide it into two or more buildings.

 

There is a pipe frame on the slope in which you attach the whole structure.

The greenhouse is today about 28 meters long and about 10 meters wide and about 4.5 meters high.

From the slope to the lower roof frame, it is about 2.80 m (Free roof height)

The dimensions between the roof chairs are about 2 meters today.

A roof chair and two wall parts sit bolted into each other. These form the entire arch.

The roof consists of thinner plastic which is in poor condition. The plastic is probably not recyclable but may be taken if the buyer wishes.

The bottom wall piece is wood and about 1 meter. This is partly in poor condition but may be included if the buyer wants.

The roof can be opened

There is a heating system / oil burner as well as an oil tank in the tent which is included if the buyer wants to bring it.

 

There are content in the images that are not included in the item.

There will be garbage containers in place where you can put garbage / garbage sorting.

 

Buyers are responsible for down picking. This should be done as soon as possible. However, no later than Friday, November 22. Otherwise, you lose the money and the item.

 

NOTE: Since the greenhouse is currently on Municipal land, down picking must be done in a correct and professional manner.

There is a control plan according to PBL that must be followed. See end pictures in the series.

It is important that buyers comply with the requirements according to plan and the Building Act when demolishing.

Payment must have been received by us before you can pick up the goods, so pay in time. 
Invoice copy and proof of payment must be brought to the pick up. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, any disassembly / packing of the item.

Disposal

Disposal means that a client has goods that they wish to sell. For example, it may be a supply / storage that is needs to be emptied, or that the company has restructured and does not need office space / equipment / etc anymore. This differs from bankruptcy since it's a voluntary sale.

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.


Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.


Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

Service fee

Service fee is the fee that PS collects from the bidder for the use of our bidding service

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
