Tender alliance has a classic design and is adapted for those who live in a flat with a common central fan. The Alliance fan has a lot to offer such as high-quality LED lighting, the unique Easy Clean engine that makes cleaning a joy and a full three speeds. NOTE! Do not install apartment alliance without the property owner's consent. Easy Clean Cleaning of the fan is for most people only about the filter. If you have a kitchen fan with Easy Clean, it also applies to the motor package that you easily detach and can pick up. With simple handles, you take loose fan wheels and protective grilles which are then washed by hand or in a dishwasher and the motor package is dried with a damp cloth. Thanks to Easy Clean, you can keep the fan clean year after year. Maintaining the air flow and reducing the risk of fire you get on the purchase. We think it is obvious with Easy Clean. The metal wire filters can be easily removed and washed by hand or by machine. Alliance is a unique product that is linked to existing ventilation systems. Alliance apartment When installing in apartment blocks, you often see an energy saving because the Alliance enables you to lower the system pressure. The central fan should be pressure controlled. Ducting and risk of odor transmission should also be investigated by some ventilation expert. It is also important to ensure that the supply air is adequate. The built-in timer controlled damper enables adjustment of both basic and forced flow. It has its own three-speed engine that increases the airflow during cooking.

Since this item is not shipped outside Sweden foreign customers needs to pick it up within 10 days after recieving the invoice else we will debit a storage fee for each day after the 10 day period.

Items that have not been picked up after the pick up date will be sent to you (only within Sweden), and you will be debited a shipping fee, unless otherwise agreed with the responsible handling or shipping manager.

Important info

Payment must have been received by us before you can pick up the goods, so pay in time. 
Invoice copy and proof of payment must be brought to the pick up. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, loading, disassembly / packing of the item.

Regarding items in PS premises that have not been picked up on time PS have the right to charge 2500 SEK excl VAT / week per item

Surplus

Some companies have a surplus on goods, such as hand tools, that they need help selling. PS then acts as an additional sales channel for that client.
The auctions are often characterized by large volumes, low reserves and free shipping.
This differs from bankruptcy sales as it is a voluntary sale.

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.


Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.


Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

Service fee

Service fee is the fee that PS collects from the bidder for the use of our bidding service

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
