Collector's item Moped Zundapp KS50 Watercooled -73

Extremely rare model that was only produced in this edition between 73 - 74.

Here you have the chance to acquire a really unusual and extreme moped from Zundapp with the long limp saddle.

Can't be driven as a legal moped in Sweden as it has an original power which is stated in various places between 6.5-8.5 hp, at 8400rpm.

The moped was sold new in Germany, and then imported to the USA, where it was mainly in a museum in Ohio. Because a couple of years ago, the current owner bought it at an auction in the USA and shipped it over to Sweden. Since it is sold in Germany, it has European gauges.

It was test-started and test-driven briefly when it arrived in Sweden, but then just stood aside. Has not been started before the documentation session.

Due to the fact that it has mainly been in a museum, it has only traveled 77.9 miles.

It is as far as we know completely untouched, a leaking fuel hose was replaced when it arrived in Sweden. A tank sticker may be missing on the top of the tank.

Some traces of wear are of course on it, but in my eyes extremely little as it is a 50-year-old moped that has barely been driven, but has been shipped across the Atlantic twice.

Invoice copy and proof of payment must be brought to the pick up. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, any disassembly / packing of the item.

Disposal

Disposal means that a client has goods that they wish to sell. For example, it may be a supply / storage that is needs to be emptied, or that the company has restructured and does not need office space / equipment / etc anymore. This differs from bankruptcy since it's a voluntary sale.

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.


Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.


Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

Service fee

Service fee is the fee that PS collects from the bidder for the use of our bidding service

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
