Free right of withdrawal for private individuals in Sweden, customer is responsible for shipping.

Right of withdrawal is valid 14 days after receipt of the goods. Full refund will be made as the item returns to PS in the same condition as it was sent.

Shipping is included in the service charge, the item cannot be collected on site.

All bids are binding and the service fee is charged on all items. Any deviations from equivalent second-hand goods are described under the section Remarks in the description of the Item and thus PS is not responsible for the deviation.
The item is NOT TESTED by the auction firm unless otherwise specified in the object description. The object description is done with the best of our knowledge but not binding in detail.

Free shipping within Sweden. Shipping is included in the auction price and will be shipped directly from the warehouse with DHL. Please ensure that the address and mobile number in the user account are correct and that payment is made immediately after the auction won. The items will be shipped within 5-10 business days of payment received and delivery will be notified from DHL via SMS.

Important info

Since the bidder is obliged to inspect the item prior to the auction it is strongly recommended that the bidder attends the exhibition. PS is not responsible for the Customer neglecting its obligation of inspection.

All items are shipped and cannot be retrieved.

Shipping is done during the week after the auction is closed.

To use their right of return, you notify PS with an email info@ps.se and wait for information on the procedure , do not forget to write with item number.

Important info

Payment must have been received by us before you can pick up the goods, so pay in time. 
Invoice copy and proof of payment must be brought to the pick up. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, loading, disassembly / packing of the item.

Regarding items in PS premises that have not been picked up on time PS have the right to charge 2500 SEK excl VAT / week per item

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.


Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.


Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

Service fee

Service fee is the fee that PS collects from the bidder for the use of our bidding service

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
