Mobile homes are sold on behalf of municipal operations. Only 154 miles.

First time in traffic in Sweden 2018-02-27.

 

The motorhome is considered to be in good condition. Some minor dents are found on the bodywork but do not affect the overall impression.

All tested features of the motorhome work. The water tank is empty (probably never filled), but the water pump for the sink starts when you open the tap. The toilet is brand new and never used. The beds new. Refrigerator never used.

 

Summer and winter tires on aluminum wheels with good pattern on the tires.

Equipped with, among other things, reverse camera, shower, toilet, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric staircase and bike rack.

2 long beds.

1st front bed.

 

The motorhome is on leasing which will be redeemed at sale, because of this it may take a few days extra before pickup can be done by customer.

 

The motorhome is registered for a maximum of 4 people.

A curtain is built on the place where the beds at the back should lie and used for storage space. This frame must be removed before the beds can be mounted.

Disposal

Disposal means that a client has goods that they wish to sell. For example, it may be a supply / storage that is needs to be emptied, or that the company has restructured and does not need office space / equipment / etc anymore. This differs from bankruptcy since it's a voluntary sale.

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.


Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.


Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
