On behalf of bankruptcy managers, we auction off the complete men's / women's clothing business "Jaber AB" in Uppsala.
The store is centrally located in Uppsala and has been selling men's / women's clothing of more exclusive brands since 1974.
The store is auctioned in its entirety, including inventory and inventory for relocation.
See attached inventory list prepared 20200422 regarding inventory. In the case of sample checks, we find that there are more clothes in the store than what is included in the stock list.
According to the inventory list, the inventory value amounts to about 1.5 million excl. VAT. Estimated retail price is estimated to be about 3 - 3.5 million incl VAT.
The inventory list does not contain inventory in the store but these are included in the auction. The card reader for the cash register is not included when it is owned by a third party.
Inventory consists of, for example, shirts, suits, pants, scarves, ties, shoes, jackets, pikées.
Most of the store contains men's clothing, but there are also some stock of women's clothing.
The clothes are from well-known brands such as Hugo Boss, Armani, Corneliani, Eton, etc.
Also included in the shop are checkout counters, about 10 meters of groove panels, 10 floor-standing clothes racks, chesterfield furniture, wall shelves for clothes 8, display tables 7, mannequins 30, office furniture and kitchen utensils.
The buyer does not have to bring everything in the store, but only fetches what they are interested in.
Fixed fixtures are not included in the auction (eg lamps, refrigerators, doors).
Delivery day is planned in consultation with the handler and needs to be done within 7 days of the closing auction. The loading zone is outside the shop.
