When this type of item comes up for sale it is really fun, Simply a very nice older lady and Sail boat for those who want quality, you have no hesitation to come and see it is in Solna harbor Stockholm. view can be booked through the appraiser. Wednesday, June 10, between 7 p.m. 09-10.

Easy to sail and beginner friendly, in addition with reliable and new engine as extra safety.

Plenty of room in both the cockpit and lounge. and you can sleep 4-5 adults in the boat. There is also plenty of storage throughout the boat, from kitchen storage to storage room.

The boat has had a total of 3 owners, nicely cared for. Everything in the boat is expertly done, everything from electricity done professionally, here it is orderly and ready, Very nice condition should be seen.

In 2019, all wood was sanded and lacquered on the boat and received a substantial refresh (see pictures)
In the spring of 2020, intensive work has been done on the boat, a lot of money, sweat and hours have been spent.

The following has been done in the spring of 2020, in terms of expertise
1. Brand new cushions in the salon and the hut.
2. Targeted in the bunk.
3. The teak deck in the cockpit has been reassembled, sanded and oiled to make it look new.
4. Brand new bathing platform with telescopic ladder in the stern.
5. New lifebuoy.
6. New sprayhood.
7. Then the boat has been thoroughly polished before launching.

The boat has really nice solutions, such as storage storage compartment and insulated on the inside.

there are 220v outlets inside the cabin if you connect Landström.

Sail is a few years old, but good in condition.

There are chapels for mainsail and roller genoa. There is also a chapel for its well when the boat is not used to protect the teak from the sun & rain.

New fenders with new cases.

A lot of tools, water & fuel cans are included.

The boat has been polished and waxed during the month of April.

Note. Either the fuse or the fuel pump is defective on the heater. It worked flawlessly in September last year.

There is a small folding table in its well for glass and plates that have been recently painted.

Payment must have been received by us before you can pick up the goods, so pay in time. 
Invoice copy and proof of payment must be brought to the pick up. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, any disassembly / packing of the item.

Disposal

Disposal means that a client has goods that they wish to sell. For example, it may be a supply / storage that is needs to be emptied, or that the company has restructured and does not need office space / equipment / etc anymore. This differs from bankruptcy since it's a voluntary sale.

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.


Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.


Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
