Pallet rack / Pallet installation on roller rails for approx. 1440 pallet spaces.

6 double pallet racks, each consisting of 12 sections 3600 mm + 4 sections 2750 mm.

Total length: 27,910 mm.

Height: 8,000 mm.

Depth: 1100 + 200 + 1100 mm.

3 load-bearing planes + trolley for load 500 kg / pallet.

The pallet team today stands in a room that is about 22 meters wide, 32 meters deep and 11 meters high.

Wagons.

6 pcs Powered trolleys for pallet racks as above. Including electronics, control box.

The rails are a total of about 190 meters and are cast in the floor and are not included. (Cannot be unloaded)

Hours about 10,900 hours.

Charger.

Fork length: 115 cm

The truck has been used in the business fully until the closure in 2017. After that, the truck has been used sporadically in the new business. It is serviced and charged at regular intervals. The latest service / inspection was done on 2019-08-30 and then the hour meter stood at 10,857 hours.

Simple pallet rack

Also included. In the same design as above but only about 8-10 meters long.

Conveyor belt .

A conveyor belt is included. Pallets from room 2 are placed on the belt and at the outer edge you can pick up the pallets with the truck.

 

 

All this was bought during the years 2004/05

 

It is the buyer himself who arranges to dismantle the pallet rack. With regard to disconnection of electricity, the buyer may agree with the owner on this.

Because the pallet rack is so large, the buyer has time to plan and pick this down. However, everything must be removed by March 2021 unless buyers & owners agree otherwise.

 

We recommend that stakeholders contact the person responsible for viewing.

This property is NOT in Skellefteå. However, about 50 km south of Skellefteå near the E4 / Lövånger

Important info

Payment must have been received by us before you can pick up the goods, so pay in time. 
Invoice copy and proof of payment must be brought to the pick up. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, loading, disassembly / packing of the item.

Regarding items in PS premises that have not been picked up on time PS have the right to charge 2500 SEK excl VAT / week per item

Disposal

Disposal means that a client has goods that they wish to sell. For example, it may be a supply / storage that is needs to be emptied, or that the company has restructured and does not need office space / equipment / etc anymore. This differs from bankruptcy since it's a voluntary sale.

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.


Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.


Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

Service fee is the fee that PS collects from the bidder for the use of our bidding service

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
