The Mitsubishi Electric VL-100 is an effective mini-ventilation that ventilates unpleasant odors, mold and radon via connecting pipes. You can thus breathe and improve the indoor air despite closed windows. If you weather with open windows, the valuable heat disappears from the house and cold air flows in, which results in an unnecessary cost as the air has to be heated. The best solution to this problem is the Mitsubishi Electric VL-100 which ensures that you get fresh, fresh air without having to open a single window. At the same time you recover about 75% of the energy and retain the heat. The reason for the high efficiency is the patented heat exchanger which eliminates the defrosting requirement and which transmits a much larger amount of energy in the exhaust air than a traditional heat exchanger made of plastic or aluminum. With a simple installation, only two holes in the wall, it is perfect for all types of buildings that have problems with everything from radon and mold to co-smell and poor ventilation. The mini ventilation provides both fresher indoor air and helps you save money.

The item is NOT TESTED by the auction firm unless otherwise specified in the object description. The object description is done with the best of our knowledge but not binding in detail.

Since this item is not shipped outside Sweden foreign customers needs to pick it up within 10 days after recieving the invoice else we will debit a storage fee for each day after the 10 day period.

Items that have not been picked up after the pick up date will be sent to you (only within Sweden), and you will be debited a shipping fee, unless otherwise agreed with the responsible handling or shipping manager.

Appointments must be made no later than 3 days after the end of the auction.

Collection must have taken place no later than 14 days after the end of the auction, otherwise you will be charged for a warehouse rent for non-collection.

Important info

Payment must have been received by us before you can pick up the goods, so pay in time. 
Invoice copy and proof of payment must be brought to the pick up. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, loading, disassembly / packing of the item.

Regarding items in PS premises that have not been picked up on time PS have the right to charge 2500 SEK excl VAT / week per item

Surplus

Some companies have a surplus on goods, such as hand tools, that they need help selling. PS then acts as an additional sales channel for that client.
The auctions are often characterized by large volumes, low reserves and free shipping.
This differs from bankruptcy sales as it is a voluntary sale.

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.


Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.


Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

Service fee

Service fee is the fee that PS collects from the bidder for the use of our bidding service

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
