eeese Kaya is an air conditioner with a capacity of 9000 BTU and a built-in 24-hour timer, so you can set it to cool when you are not home and come home to a perfectly chilled home. Kaya has a recommended workspace of up to 30 m2 so there is plenty of opportunity to use it in larger rooms. The 360-degree sturdy wheels also allow you to easily move around your air conditioning between your rooms. The model is beautifully designed with the Scandinavian interior style in mind and has discreet, integrated handles on the sides.

Kaya has the advantage that it also acts as a dehumidifier - with a dehumidifying capacity of 24 liters per day. Kaya air conditioning can also blow air out in the same way as a ventilation fan.

Meets the environmental requirements of the future
Kaya air conditioning is a machine that is adapted to the environmental requirements of the future. Eeese has used the refrigerant R290, which is a more environmentally friendly refrigerant than the fluorinated gases (HFCs) that have previously been used as refrigerants in air-conditioning units, dehumidifiers and several other machines. The environmentally friendly gas contributes to Kaya air conditioning being more energy efficient than the air conditioners previously seen on the market.

Easy to install
With your Kaya air conditioning, you do not have to worry about drilling holes in the wall to vent the hot air out of the room. For this type of air conditioning there is a window kit, which consists of a nozzle and a plate that is easy to attach to the window. Then place the nozzle on the hose, which you then attach to the plate. So, then your air conditioning is ready to use.

Kaya air conditioning is easily operated via remote control or touch screen.

Since this item is not shipped outside Sweden foreign customers needs to pick it up within 10 days after recieving the invoice else we will debit a storage fee for each day after the 10 day period.

Items that have not been picked up after the pick up date will be sent to you (only within Sweden), and you will be debited a shipping fee, unless otherwise agreed with the responsible handling or shipping manager.

Appointments must be made no later than 3 days after the end of the auction.

Collection must have taken place no later than 14 days after the end of the auction, otherwise you will be charged for a warehouse rent for non-collection.

Invoice copy and proof of payment must be brought to the pick up. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, loading, disassembly / packing of the item.

Surplus

Some companies have a surplus on goods, such as hand tools, that they need help selling. PS then acts as an additional sales channel for that client.
The auctions are often characterized by large volumes, low reserves and free shipping.
This differs from bankruptcy sales as it is a voluntary sale.

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.

Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.

Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.

I won the item. How do I pay?

Follow the instructions in the email with the invoice. The email with the invoice will come at a later time than your winning email. You either pay by Swish or by bank transfer.

I have won the item but have not received an invoice. What do I do now?

Check your spam or log in and check your account in the upper right corner under "my invoices". If you still do not find your invoices, please contact Customer Service via info@ps.se

Once I have paid for the item, how long does it take before I receive my item?

This is due to several factors. First you need to pay for the item. After that, it ends up in our order queue. These are picked as soon as possible after payment has been received. Normally within 1-3 days. Then the shipping takes between 1-5 days depending on where in the country you live in relation to where the item is sent from. This applies to items that are "free shipping" and "only shipping". If the item is "shipping possible", you need to contact the shipping department.

Did I win the auction?

If you placed the highest bid and the item reached the reserve price, you have won the auction. In these cases, you will receive a winner email. You can see your won auctions if you log in at the top right corner.

In what condition is the item?

The product is in perfect condition with no remark on function unless the opposite is described in the item description. Traces of easier use occur in the form of broken original packaging as well as dust and fingerprints on the product. Minor scratches that are difficult to detect in normal light may also occur.

What guarantees do I have when buying from you?

As we cannot provide a reseller receipt, it can be difficult to use the manufacturer's warranty on the product. On the other hand, we follow Swedish consumer legislation which means that you as a customer have the right to complain about the product if it turns out that it is defective upon receipt. In the event of an approved complaint, we take the product back (free return) and refund the money when the item has returned to our warehouse.

When is my item delivered?

I live near the place of the item. Can I pick it up?

It appears in the item whether it is "free shipping", "only shipping", "shipping possible" or "pick-up only". These determine what is possible. If the item is marked as "free shipping" or "only shipping", it is not possible to pick it up even if you live close by. Below you can see what applies to the current item:

Now it has taken longer than it should for me to get my goods. What should I do?

Unfortunately, it happens in rare cases that goods disappear from the shipping company. If the goods do not show up within the expected time, you need to contact our shipping department at frakt@ps.se. They will then have 60 days to search for the goods in the case they are not found, it turns into a reclaim, and we will refund your money.
