Ducati 900 Ss 1976

This Ducati 900SS is one of the few sold new in Sweden in 1976.
The year model has the nicer older rear light and turn signals are not needed.
It has been part of a Ducati collection since 2016 but has been used annually, about 400 km / year so it is exercised and fantastic to drive in its proper element on curvy smooth country roads
The condition is good and it was carefully renovated by the previous owner to a very good condition. Everything that was in top condition was kept in original condition. Examples are side covers that are not repainted.
Inspection is ready for the future so just turn the key, get started and enjoy

Chassis

The entire bike has been dismantled and disassembled. All wear parts and brakes have been replaced or renovated.

Meters and controls in new condition. The tires have traveled about 200 miles

Engine / Gearbox

Engine renovation was not carried out because the engine was in need of it after so few miles, but because even a standstill requires a thorough overhaul. The current owner also installed an electronic ignition system from Sache. It now usually starts on the first kick

No oil leakage. (It is set up indoors on teak floors)

An aftermarket system 2-1 is now fitted, but the original system from Conti is included.

OTHER

All original parts are preserved in good condition

Important info

Payment must have been received by us before you can pick up the goods, so pay in time. 
Invoice copy and proof of payment must be brought to the pick up. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, loading, disassembly / packing of the item.

Regarding items in PS premises that have not been picked up on time PS have the right to charge 2500 SEK excl VAT / week per item

Disposal

Disposal means that a client has goods that they wish to sell. For example, it may be a supply / storage that is needs to be emptied, or that the company has restructured and does not need office space / equipment / etc anymore. This differs from bankruptcy since it's a voluntary sale.

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.


Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.


Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

Service fee

Service fee is the fee that PS collects from the bidder for the use of our bidding service

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
