The product is in perfect condition with no remark on function unless the opposite is described in the item description. Traces of easier use occur in the form of broken original packaging as well as dust and fingerprints on the product. Minor scratches that are difficult to detect in normal light may also occur.
As we cannot provide a reseller receipt, it can be difficult to use the manufacturer's warranty on the product. On the other hand, we follow Swedish consumer legislation which means that you as a customer have the right to complain about the product if it turns out that it is defective upon receipt. In the event of an approved complaint, we take the product back (free return) and refund the money when the item has returned to our warehouse.
